Damaged/Lost Package

If you receive a lost or damaged package please contact and notify your post office as soon as possible. Though I cannot be held responsible for any damaged/lost packages I am still on your side! Get in contact with me and I will try to rectify the situation.


Shipping

-NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION.

If a package is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, due to a customer input error, I will require an additional shipping fee to resend the package to the correct address. If the additional shipping fee is denied then the order will be canceled and I will issue a refund. ***This is the only instance a refund will be issued*** 

Orders will be sent out within a 5-7 day time period. All orders are shipped via First Class and will have an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks. Though I am not offering international shipping on the site you can send me an email at [email protected] to estimate the shipping cost of where you want it sent to.


Refunds & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do not accept returns or exchanges and I do not issue refunds for lost packages. Unless an incorrect item was sent. It is unfortunate but necessary to prevent the possibility of fraud.
